IMPRESSION: Unremarkable non-contrast CT of the head. 

IMPRESSION: 1. Status post right frontoparietal craniectomy

with an approximately 1.4 cm extra-axial fluid collection of CSF

density in the region of the craniectomy with indentation of the

underlying tissue. This has not changed significantly since the

prior examination. 2. No other significant changes since the

prior examination. 3. No intracranial hemorrhage or midline

shift.
